Sam is amazing. He is such a lovely guy and knows his stuff. He came and sorted us out with moving our computer to another room as well as answering a number of queries.He is full of helpful advice and tips and is punctual and efficient. Highly recommend him.
Sam came in today at a moment's notice - I guess we were a bit lucky he was in Akaroa when I put out my distress call! He fixed the main WiFi problem very efficiently & then tidied up my connections through a router. By removing the router & eliminating two cables - I hate a proliferation of cables! He was most helpful & obviously knows his stuff. I'd recommend him highly - especially to age & technically challenged computer users like me? His charges are more than fair & he deserves to do well.
Had cause to call in Sam twice in one week. Once to fix my old desktop that was refusing to hook up to the internet and then he helped me feel less dim dealing with my ‘Smart TV’. I got the Chromecast, btw, Sam, and hooked it up and it is working a treat! Thanks again for your wonderful, patient assistance. Can’t fault your service.

Payment shall be due on the date on the invoice issued to the Customer. (Failure to do this may result in additional charges on your invoice. and refusal of future work.
Payment will be made by cash, or by bank deposit . All invoices to be paid on the due date or before or a late penalty charge of $20 will be incured on your invoice. All invoices are charged out at 1 hour minimum for onsite work.
Banks Peninsula IT will not be responsible for any lost of Customer data when work is carried out.

If a customer fails to be onsite at the time of a booking they may be charged a fee of half a hour to a hours billable time to cover travel and time lost to Banks Peninsula IT.
Any goods and parts purchased by Banks Peninsula IT remain the property of Banks Peninsula IT until the invoice is paid in full.
I reserve the right to add all costs of collection to your account. Payment defaults may be listed with Veda Advantage NZ, and may affect your credit rating for 5 years.
